Our railings are fabricated continuously, by eliminating corner elbows, and using a rotary draw bender to achieve the proper angle at each corner location. All railing components are coped for the perfect fit everytime. Most railing we fabricate are from 1 1/4" S40 pipe, or 1 1/2" S40 pipe, but we have the capability to bend up to 3" od. Several radius choices are available and depending on the outside diameter and wall thickness of the steel, the CLR ranges from 3" to 8".
